Client Action Plans
- Action Plans are predefined sets of
"time-released" tasks including To Do’s, Calls,
Appointments and E-mails
- Each task can be scheduled to occur
AFTER the plan’s Start Date, BEFORE the plan’s End Date, or AFTER
a previous task is completed
- Action Plans are applied to the Client
from the Tasks tab
- Due Dates for each task are
automatically calculated from the plan’s Start Date
