Client Action Plans
  • Action Plans are predefined sets of "time-released" tasks including To Do’s, Calls, Appointments and E-mails
  • Each task can be scheduled to occur AFTER the plan’s Start Date, BEFORE the plan’s End Date, or AFTER a previous task is completed
  • Action Plans are applied to the Client from the Tasks tab
  • Due Dates for each task are automatically calculated from the plan’s Start Date
  • Individual Tasks can be edited and removed, and additional tasks can be added after the Action Plan has been applied
  • As tasks become due they are displayed on the "Today’s Schedule" screen ("Schedule" is a new menu item)
  • Tasks can be marked complete or deleted from the Schedule screen
